Just finished the physical welcome pack generating agent! (postcard & A4 welcome letter) 🐌💌 When new people join our team, they are asked to fill out a form to give a brief overview of their career history, hobbies and favourite 3pm snacks, as a way to introduce them to the rest of the team on Slack. This agent takes this form, and the person's profile pic, and generates a personalised physical welcome pack for them, including a postcard and an A4 welcome letter. Attached are what both of those look like (I filled in the new starter form and used my profile pic to generate these). 📸 Background image generation: I gave our native text-to-image step (gpt-4o model in this case), two pixel art reference images, and an example postcard style we loved. The agent uses those and the profile pic of the person, plus their fave hobbies and snacks to generate a personalised postcard background image for them. 📝 Welcome letter generation: The agent takes an overview of the company, plus our values and the new starter form to craft this personalised welcome letter (fake addresses for this example). ^ Tho would need to update the prompt to not say stuff like welcome to the family 🫠 This agent was built using Lob's API on Relevance AI. One of the really cool things about Lob, is that you can add links and QR codes to your physical mail, and track how many people have "viewed" them. A/B testing for physical mail is pretty awesome. Lmk if you want a copy of this agent, you can use the "create postcard" and "create welcome letter" tools as launch pads for other things like creating booklets, checks, snappacks etc.
